OIl: Floral Series. Early 1990's
After working in watercolors for seven years, I was encouraged to experiment in oil.
The first oil, 'Drifting at Sea", contains floral details and has strong ties to the Invertebrate Series.
My first foray into oils was inspired by the macro photographs I was taking at the time.

an 18" high model carved out of sculpting wax.
